Hero MotoCorp Ltd. continues to maintain this position till date. They are having their Head office at Delhi , India .

Hero Moto Corp has rollout Sibial CRM system to distributor and dealers for taking care of daily business transaction like (Vehicle Sale, Parts Sale, Service Sale, Warranty Invoice ,Road Side Assistant, Purchase , Parts Purchase, Payment , Receipt and JV) . Now day to day transaction are recorded into “Hero Connect” CRM , But majority of dealers and distributors are using Tally ERP as their accounting system . Some of Dealers are also maintaining inventory into their Tally software . This will be repetition of data and time consuming task , as at some location it required five to six additional data entry operators for entering the data into Tally .

In this case “Tally Data Connector” product from Crystal Data Software had help them to Transfer Sibial CRM data directly into Tally ERP, what’s more Dealers can decide if they want to transfer data “Accounts with inventory” or “Accounts Only” . The system has been successfully deployed pan level India and catering the each dealer requirements.

Most of the dealers and distributors are using Tally ERP as their primary system. with no visibility what is the stock lying at dealers site , Jaquar had roll out “Tally Data Connector “ for Taking the daily sales and purchase along with stock statement from Tally to SQL Server . Mapping of items has been provided so only data related to Jaquar SKU will be fetching from Tally software.

Tally Data Connector keep the CSV on client machine of transferred data, in case dealers want to cross check what has been transferred to SQL server .

On basis of the data company is able to make their supply chain management effective , so that required stock will be available with each dealers .

Crystaldata Software had provided them the robust Electronic Claim Management System for their day to day needs . This system is linked to their SAP ERP software and having different logins like Distributor , Territory Sales In charge, Regional Sales Manager, Zonal Sales Manager, HOD, Gowdown Keeper , Head office .

Basically system is posting the Credit Note into ERP , based upon the Work Flow defined for each type of request .

Pidilite is supplying the material to Distributor and distributor is supplying the Material to Dealers.

First part : Distributor can put their orders into this system which will be integrated to SAP and their serviceability is available online to them .

Second Part : This system has been designed for Tele callers who are calling the Dealers on Behalf of Distributors and taking orders online . After taking the order , Order will be sent to their respective Distributor for delivery of goods .
