Job Summary:

Crystal Data Software Services is seeking energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for lead generation, product demonstrations, and driving sales for our core software products and customized enterprise IT solutions.

Key Products & Solutions You Will Market:

1. Pathology Reporting Software: Pathology lab reporting and diagnostic management software.

2. Tally Data Connector: Integration tool for seamlessly syncing external application data and web orders directly with Tally ERP/Prime.

3. Job Work Software: Inventory, tracking, and process management software for job work units and manufacturing businesses.

4. Odoo Software: Custom ERP implementation, licensing, and module solutions tailored to business requirements.

5. Customized Software Solutions: Bespoke desktop, web, and mobile software engineering services designed for specific client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential B2B clients, diagnostics labs, manufacturing businesses, and trade enterprises.

• Schedule and conduct online or in-person product demonstrations for key prospective clients.

• Build, maintain, and nurture a strong pipeline of sales leads from prospect discovery through to closing.

• Understand client workflows and recommend the appropriate software product or customization package.

• Prepare competitive quotes, present pricing proposals, and negotiate contract terms.

• Coordinate with technical implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3+ Year of hands-on experience in software sales, IT product marketing, or business development.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and local business languages.

• Domain Aptitude: Quick ability to understand software features, data sync utilities, and business workflows to present solutions effectively.

• Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, with a customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation abilities.
